Straightforward experience. No hassle. Staff friendly and attentive.

It was very easy to book and check in online, the customer service staff via phone, email and in person were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the person who checked me in and gave me great advice.

Both times we went to the storage, we were given a warm welcome and all the information we needed.

Lovely friendly staff (we were helped by Ayub). Storage felt secure and access was easy. Overall great experience.

All services provided were satisfactory, Ayub was really helpful. However, there were no available trolleys and we had to unload one in order to use it.
