Excellent service, knowledgable staff. I gave an 8 on overall as there was a bit of a wait at reception.

The customer service at Big Yellow Storage Hackney Wick was fantastic. I had an issue with my room she explained and it was sorted out within 5 minuetes. The staff were highly considerate, friendly and helpful. The man who works on Saturday’s was the guy who dealt with me and he was great.

Hidden fees. I end up paying 140£. I wish I had a detailed quote of what I was going to pay when I booked the storage. I know part of the money are going to be refunded but still I found it shady.
