It was very easy and straightforward to enquire about the storage space, via the website online, I was also advised on the phone which clarified any missing queries I had. The process and move into the storage space was excellent Poppy really helped with understanding, showing and explaining any questions I had and made it a very stress free experience (massive thank you to Poppy at the Bow Big Yellow Storage)

I chose the Big Yellow on recommendation of a friend. He said they wer very personable, friendly and easy to deal wth. Which all turned out to be true, but what I really liked was the discounts and the instructions of how to manage your storage werw very clear. So a big thankyou to the staff for making things easy for me!
It was handled extremely well, I got a phone call the day after I enquired to put one of the storage units on hold and I was able to come in, book a unit and move in all in the same day. It was very efficient, the staff were very helpful and explained everything and the forms were very clear and easy to understand.
