We found a good man named Ayud who was very kind and helpful with every demand or problems we encountered. Hope next time we'll hire the room we shall find him again. Thanks a lot Mr Ayud.

All services provided were satisfactory, Ayub was really helpful. However, there were no available trolleys and we had to unload one in order to use it.

The customer service at Big Yellow Storage Hackney Wick was fantastic. I had an issue with my room she explained and it was sorted out within 5 minuetes. The staff were highly considerate, friendly and helpful. The man who works on Saturday’s was the guy who dealt with me and he was great.
