It was good from the beginning of booking online. Once I was at the store and saw my reserved unit, I wasn't too sure if it was big enough and as large as I had hoped, given the dimensions of the unit. Poppy was excellent in locating and letting me view any suitable units to my liking and dealt with me very patiently and professionally and managed to understand my needs and offered alternatives. The unit I ended up with was absolutely perfect, and she even recommended extras like the dust sheet and extended access which I hadn't even thought about yet, but upon thinking through, I realised they would be essential for me. I can only say good things about my experience, and I'm glad someone like Poppy was there to help.

Getting an initial quote for my storage room was really easy on the website, and the actual move in was really nice. Ayub at the Big Yellow in Bow was so friendly and helpful and he made me feel really confident that using Big Yellow was the right choice. I have not used a storage room facility before, and he answered all my questions and made my move really stress-free. All in all, using the Big Yellow Self Storage in Bow has been a great experience.

All well handled. Liked the call a couple of weeks ago to check all ok. Moving in day very easy with helpful staff. Didn’t fully understand that we are insured. Think I’m confused about the insurance.

It was very easy and Ayub Khan was very good, so helpful, kind, patient and was very knowledgeable.

All staffs are all accommodating and really helpful. From booking online, staff will call back and provide more informations or suggest better, then time of move in, ayub was really helpful. He discussed all that i should know regarding storage. Best experience!

The online booking and check-in process was quick, efficient and easy. Any changes in my initial booking were quickly updated and I felt the entire process was made extremely convenient and easy for me. In particular, Poppy made the entire process of moving into my storage space a breeze. She was most friendly and accommodating.

The chap in the store was amazing, kept it simple engaged my kids and was generally I nice happy person.
