I had an excellent experience with Big Yellow Storage in Bow, from start to finish. The whole process from the remote move-in right through to the end of my rental was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you goes to Adam, who was absolutely amazing. When I came to collect some of my belongings to take back to Italy and dispose of others, it was a very emotional and distressing time for me. Adam was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. He went above and beyond to help me. His calm and gentle approach made a difficult day so much easier, and I’ll always be grateful for that. The rest of the team were also fantastic, friendly, welcoming and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of customer service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Big Yellow Storage again in the future, and I can’t recommend the Bow team highly enough. Thank you all for making a difficult experience much easier
