Really helpful. Had a bit of a situation as my friend (whose name it was in) wasn’t with me when first getting access to the unit. Henry was able to sort out our mess and get the unit set up for my use! Great help with a dash of good humour. Really appreciate the help

Superb customer service right from the 1st phone call. Was taken on a tour of the facility to see different storage sizes/options. Payment/documentation was well explained and easy. Practical instructions on how to access the building was given afterwards.
