Easy access and the staff were willing to help.

i purchased and pre ordered a 125sqft room through the company website. On arrival and check in, the room allocated, though advertised as 125sqft was not actually this size due to 2 industrial pillars being in the room. Big yellow gave me no option but to purchase a larger room. False advertising. Will not use them again.
