It is a really good service and a storage concept, easy for any type of person to use (experienced and newbies). I didn't like the size description while booking online. It said "studio flat" what would normally have fitted all our stuff, had it been true to size. But the studio flat storage room was to small for us so we had to upscale, thus pay extra. The ladies who served us were extremely nice and helpful (Lisa).
