Very friendly, helpful and polite staff; and a smooth process processing the paperwork. Gizem was extremely helpful.

Firstly, the lady on reception offered me a cup of tea (I'm heavily pregnant and she knew I had a bit of a wait). Everything was clearly explained and very efficient. Further I saw her handle a difficult customer with the utmost tact and diplomacy!

Fantastic service just like last time. Was served by Gizem Sahin who made the process very smooth and effortless. She explained all the ins and outs and even sorted out the out of hours service for free as we are a charity. She is a model employee and needs recognition of that.

Good to be able to complete a lot of the paperwork on line in advance. The staff were very friendly and efficient, despite us arriving 25 mins before closing time.
