I thought it was ridiculous that you have to pay so many add ons ie a lock and a dust cover to protect your things (if someone is using a storage unit they clearly want there things to be protected). Given the fact that the starting fee isn't cheap it's a bit crazy. The staff working in the Bow Big Yellow were really helpful though!

Very friendly staff. We arrived a bit late and they had to check us in after their working hours. High levels of security, which we liked very much.
Because 1st you can't come and take our stuff from our place 2nd you don't mention anything about the insurance charge when you give the quote 3 expensive price

The process was a little slow going through the paperwork but I understand there is lots of detail to pass onto the customer.
I have booked several times with big yellow and the staff have always been very helpful and nice to talk to. Only thing is that I have had to wait a bit longer than expected to fill the paperwork. But apart from that my experience has always been pretty satisfactory.
