Good experience

The staff were very supportive and ensured that they were able to meet my needs. I was not rushed through the process and they made sure that l had enough time to make the right decision.

The friend who was helping me move had to use the (mens?) toilet and said it was really disgusting! Otherwise the set up was fine and Ibrahim was very helpful and friendly. He swapped with another member of staff to complete the paperwork (sorry forgot his name) and he was also friendly and helpful, explaining the sign in and alarm.
