From the beginning when I went in store to complete the sign up Barnaby was so helpful. He welcomed me to the area as I was due move in not far from the store. Over the weeks I stayed and my numerous trips back and forth all the staff answered any questions I had and always invited me back to ask more.

Very responsive and friendly, above and beyond helpful as I coordinated storage in Bracknell while I was based in US five hours behind in time zones.

Courtney was amazing, helpful, provided all the information needed, showed us around and was super nice about everything. I was also impressed to see her operating the forklift.
