Barnaby did a fantastic job of explaining how the storage works. He went above and beyond to make sure that I have the right locker for my belongings.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and tuned in to my storage needs. Both Carl and Charlotte assisted me and delivered fantastic customer service. I personally have worked for a competitor of Big Yellow in the past so I had a good understanding of how it works however both employee's still made sure that I was completely at ease and comfortable with everything.
