Great job in speaking with me on the phone and via email. A few charges not immediately obvious from original enquiry, for example insurance, padlock, out of office access charges so the presentation of the cost which looks low initially is not as low as you think, my previous storage company have not charged for out of office hours access so this may lead me to changing my storage options if I need to access in the evenings as I don’t want to pay any more money than I am currently.
