I sold my house last week. I started packing on Monday ready for a removal van on Tuesday. I had decided to move all my possessions to my new home, but suddenly realised just how much stuff I own. I was delighted to receive a call from Stephanie who was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was just about to start getting stressed about the move, but she was very professional and reassuring. I was so impressed by her manner and competitive offer that an unwelcome sales call suddenly became a major change of plans for me. I decided to alter my plans and ask my removal company to take most of my stuff straight into storage.

All quite easy. I would just suggest that on check-in day, all the forms could have been docu-signed in advance to save some time.

From the initial online inquiry to the face to face meeting to finalise the arrangement, the whole Bracknell team couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.

Can’t fault it..from the initial on-line inquiry to the then face to face follow up with the Bracknell Team....Taylor, Stephanie and Karl. Couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful....every step of the way..
