We have multiple units at Big Yellow Bracknell for our business, it perfectly suits our needs and we’d highly recommend. The customer service from Sacha, Courtney and Shannon is always exceptional.

Amazing team of Sacha and Shannon. From the moment I walked in the service was 10/10. I have never used self storage before and from this visit I won’t be using any other brand. Big Yellow should be proud to have these two represent them. Thank you.

I am giving five stars for the customer service only, as I haven’t actually used the storage facility. But Courtney was fabulous, and so very helpful when I needed some of the weight, of the stress of moving house, lifting. She was kind, friendly and could support my logistical changes with flexibility and ease. I didn’t have to use the facility in the end as I was rescued by a friend, but wanted to let everyone know, that you’d be totally looked after by Courtney, when booking a space here!

Just rented a storage space with Big Yellow in Bracknell. My personal customer storage rep was Shannon. From our first contact Shannon, was bright, cheerful and a very good communicator. Shannon told me that she was new to the job but that didn’t deter her at all. Confident, she had a good grasp of her brief and answered my questions with ease.. All in all a very good experience.

I received excellent service from Sacha, who helped me choose the storage unit that best suited my needs. The entire process was incredibly quick, from signing the contract to gaining access to the unit. Everything is clean, well-organized, and the trolleys are always available. Highly recommended.

Just visited my local Big Yellow Storage shop in Bracknell to buy one box to send some Christmas goodies to USA. ALL of the ladies in there were SO lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. A fabulous work environment! Thanks to you!

We run our Crate Hire business out of The Big Yellow in Bracknell and from day one Courtney has been there with a wave and a big smile to greet us and is always friendly and ready to help out if needed.
