Great customer service from the quote to setting up my account. The storage is well managed and very secure. I feel the team really went above and beyond. Sarah is very personable polite and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble.

Brilliant staff on reception

The employees I spoke to were extremely friendly and very helpful! Sarah made sure I understood everything, gave me a cup of tea while I waited, showed me to my room and even taped up a box that was about to break. I had a perfect experience.

Tom was very help full and made me feel safe in knowing my things would be ok being a new mummy and having to move again is a stressful thing to do. So he made me feel better

The staff was really helpful and very nice people. Whatever, last changes you needed to make, they were very easy going with. No problems, definitely would recommend it. Not only fot students but also for other people who want to store things.
