All the staff in the Brighton store were extremely friendly and helpful

Very helpful member of staff who explained the process. Really helpful to have the room sizes mapped out on the floor. Haven't seen that elsewhere and it's really useful.

The manager Sarah (Brighton) was absolutely great. Had to use it twice within 2 weeks for different reasons.

Good friendly and professional and made it so easy to check on both in store and online. However, I'm only planning on storing my things two weeks and I would've appreciated being told that I have to pay for the whole month and then get it refunded. Was elder with a nasty surprise when I had to pay twice as much.

Simple, smooth, quick and friendly administration. Staff are very accommodating and efficient. I would definitely recommend this facility.
