It was very easy to check in online and the staff were very helpful on arrival.

The process was quick, easy and simple. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clear instructions to the process of how to access storage etc. I was very impressed.

We were dealt with by Elliot, in the Coombe Rd, Brighton storage facility. He gave excellent service, was easy to deal with and friendly and very helpful. He made an extremely stressful and distressing day, so much easier to bear. So great to have such an understanding person! Can't thank Elliot enough!!
