The facility was very well designed, and had excellent features. But best of all was the high quality of the staff: good communicators, polite, helpful and efficient; this applies not only to the store I used, in Brighton, but to the central admin whom I contacted by phone occasionally.
The staff at Big Yellow are always friendly and helpful. I've used the same site several times over the past few years and they always remember me and take the time to chat. The facility itself is top quality - conveniently located with good on-site parking, plenty of trolleys, and a great range of spaces to suit every pocket. 100% recommended.
I live in Canada - if you offered shipping and packing or even had alliances with others i would use them. As it is you dont seem that interested in this profitable business area which is a natural extension
I was imppressed by how efficient the service was and it gave me confidence about the storage and its safety and security. My only wish is that your access hours were a bit longer.
After 3 painfull days of moving and countless near breakdowns , it was so nice to be able to unload our belongings in a safe storage room. The staff were very helpfull and understanding.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean and very easy to use. We were shown round before booking up which was no trouble to the staff. Everything was explained to us on the day of moving in. Overall a great service, no complaints.
I live abroad and store my stuff at Big Yellow. The staff made it easy to pay by Direct Debit, and I get a statement emailed to me each month. When I am in the UK, I have 24 hour access, which is awesome.
I have used the Brighton Big Yellow Storage twice and both times I have found really good service, great accessibility and a choice of spaces available to suit my needs.
I find Big Yellow Brighton on the whole good value for money. A few drawbacks: 1: The opening hours in the evening would be more convenient. 2. The corridors and rooms get extremely cold in the Autumn/Winter. Some of my goods have suffered because of this. 3. The minimum contents insurance is far too high. A lower threshold would be fairer.
Staff are always helpful and friendly, great student deals are offered for short term lets and moving in and out is easier than expected. I have used big yellow 3 times now and have been satisfied everytime so will use them again in the future. My only criticism of the Brighton branch is that at busy times there is not enough parking.
