Given the amount of clutter that we all accumulate these days, and our inability to throw anything away, the storage facility is a lifesaver. Or at least a space saver! The Brighton store staff are really friendly and helpful and make it a pleasure to use.
The most impressive aspect of Big Yellow in Brighton was the very helpful, professional, polite and friendly staff. I am a long term customer of Big yellow so i have had a number of dealings with staff face to face at the store and on the telephone- each and everyone of them are pleasant as well as good at their jobs and they reflect some high quality training from management.

one, i had to wait about an hour to be booked in, after a long van journey from london to brighton this was very annoying, two even know i gave the correct notice i was leaving you still took one extra mounths money out of my bank account and i had to ring several times to get this back and it took just over a week to go back into my bank account, so overall i was happy with your organisation but the above i was dissapointed with, it could be made better, saying that your staff were freindly and helpfull people, thanks julian grant-mottram.
Been a real blessing to my husband & I. Thank you! I have stored twice with you and have found that it has been really useful to us to store so that we can sort things out safely. Staff have been helpful and friendly when we have needed help. It is also a clean place and probably the best place in the area in terms of access with ample parking. Useful when you a hire a man with a van to help you move!
Most impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of staff. Had to downsize on one occassion, and Nick in Particular was most helpful as to the proximity of the new space required, so as to minimise the work involved transferring property. He was also extremely efficient at the paperwork neccessary; basically excellent all round.
