I have used both the Brighton and the Sheffield Big Yellow Storage Depots. Brighton was, frankly, fantastic. But here I would like to say a little note about Sheffiield. The staff there are AMAZING! Truely I cannot thank them enough. I couldnt get the boxes I needed home and would you believe it the very nice chap offered to come and drop them off on his way home. This act of selflessness means a lot to me and it just goes to shoe how there are still people out there who will go the extra mile, even for someone they don't know. Thank You So Much!

I do find the weekend opening times a little limited and have therefore had to rethink what I have stored in my space. I would prefer it if we could accces the unit longer at the weekend as this is more convenient to my personal circumstances

When putting our house on the market, the house was FULL, so we put all the non-essential belongings & furniture into Big Yellow Storage, this meant we could present the house at it's best, uncluttered and spacious. (we could still access the stored materials easily - tools, decorating equipment, etc) Worked a treat, the house looked great and sold very quickly!

I found myself between homes waiting for my new property to be refurbished so I had to move in with relatives and store all of my home possessions. In what could have been a really stressful time I found Big Yellow a great company to deal with. From the minute I walked in I was treated with courtesy, all my questions (no matter how 'blonde') were answered, and I very quickly had confidence in the safety of my property being stored with Big Yellow. There was never any problem accessing my unit and from hiring to emptying the unit it was a really easy process. Would always recommend Big Yellow. Great value for money as well.

I have used self storage before, but this is the first time I feel that my belongings are stored safely and securely. The staff were very helpfull and the continued customer service is superb.

It's not often I have to put stuff into storage - in fact I 've only done it once! - but the staff were really good at explaining everything I needed to consider, including size of storage needed, packing and insurance. They even knew the removal men we were using and said what good lads they were! They were so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - top marks for customer service!

Firstly I booked the space via the website which is user friendly and explains evrything to someone like me, who never used similar service before. When I arrived at the Brighton store I was welcome by professional and positive member of staff who explained to me in simple terms how the Yellow works and it was so easy! I was taken to my storage space and I felt that I received exactly what suited my needs. Customer service was great and persons working there seemed to really enjoy it which does not happen very often!
