friendly approachable and knowledable staff with good access times to suit all ,ease of use .web page excellant with visual room sizes which helped in choosing the right size storage space.would definatly use company again without hesitation
I have used self storage before, but this is the first time I feel that my belongings are stored safely and securely. The staff were very helpfull and the continued customer service is superb.
Firstly I booked the space via the website which is user friendly and explains evrything to someone like me, who never used similar service before. When I arrived at the Brighton store I was welcome by professional and positive member of staff who explained to me in simple terms how the Yellow works and it was so easy! I was taken to my storage space and I felt that I received exactly what suited my needs. Customer service was great and persons working there seemed to really enjoy it which does not happen very often!
It's not often I have to put stuff into storage - in fact I 've only done it once! - but the staff were really good at explaining everything I needed to consider, including size of storage needed, packing and insurance. They even knew the removal men we were using and said what good lads they were! They were so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - top marks for customer service!
I found the staff always very accomodating, polite and friendly. When we downsized our room it was easy and fast, we simply notified them and they issued a new room and we were able to do it straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and will certainly use them again if the need arises.
I've stored items with Big Yellow several times now while moving house, the service has always been swift and efficient. The prices seem competitive, my only teeny grumble would be the costs of insurance which seem unecessarily high.
I live abroad and store my stuff at Big Yellow. The staff made it easy to pay by Direct Debit, and I get a statement emailed to me each month. When I am in the UK, I have 24 hour access, which is awesome.
Staff are always helpful and friendly, great student deals are offered for short term lets and moving in and out is easier than expected. I have used big yellow 3 times now and have been satisfied everytime so will use them again in the future. My only criticism of the Brighton branch is that at busy times there is not enough parking.
I find Big Yellow Brighton on the whole good value for money. A few drawbacks: 1: The opening hours in the evening would be more convenient. 2. The corridors and rooms get extremely cold in the Autumn/Winter. Some of my goods have suffered because of this. 3. The minimum contents insurance is far too high. A lower threshold would be fairer.
I have used the Brighton Big Yellow Storage twice and both times I have found really good service, great accessibility and a choice of spaces available to suit my needs.
