Stefan took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped me choose the right size unit for my needs, and made sure I was getting the best value. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, but it was Stefan’s customer service that really made the difference. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Very lovely staff, quick, easy move in and also gave me a tour of multiple floors. Definitely did not get lost xD

All staff are extremely friendly and kind! Everything was explained thoroughly and easily, I had Chris walk me through the entire process and even offered me biscuits, and it was like chatting to a friend :) would definitely come here again, it’s a decent price and lovely staff, highly recommend!!
