That was a very good experience. You can trust this storage. I also want to mention that Chris was very friendly, helpful, and nice. He gave me biscuits and opened the door for us. And he is funny.

After one call with Stefan, I knew I wanted to store my stuff with Big Yellow Brighton he was so helpful and knew exactly what storage size I needed which was a significant downsize from my last storage with another company. I was even recommended a local man and van (Shaun) who was great, picked up my stuff from Luton. Using the facility was soo easy and convenient to self access with all the trolleys available, and such an accessible location. I love that they refund you for the time not used. Just felt like my whole experience was genuinely looking to what I needed rather than being sold what I didn't. Highly recommend!!
