It was all fairly straightforward and easy. From initial booking over the phone to check-in was a hassle-free experience.

I was very pleased, the website was flexible with the quotes once I had put all of my details in. I was expecting to have to submit a new quote for a different sized unit but it was actually very easy and intuitive to change it. I was also pleased that I got a call from someone from the Big Yellow team asking if I wanted to reserve the room, after I had put the quote in online.

Sal and Lee was extremely helpful, they helped me to choose the right sized storage and plan, explained everything very well. The online platform was easy to understand and use. I found the whole process very smooth.

As I was investigating what is best for our move, a team member gave me a call to help me along and explain everything. I found it a bit stressful as I found out they had booked it at the wrong unit in London and I was in Bristol. Then the person who booked over the phone had the wrong first name. But the lady at the Bristol unit was very good and sorted it out.
