Very quick, easy and efficient.

My whole experience was excellent. Lee talked me through my inquiry on the phone, processed the booking and completed the process when I arrived on site. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly; I had no need to ask any follow-up questions.

Thought it was brilliant, everything was explained thoroughly and the staff have been very happy to assist with any query and its all been done in a very personal and professional manner :o)

My initial phone call with Debbie from Customer Services was incredible. She was very patient and sweet at explaining all the options available, and helped me reserve my lockup. Then upon arrival, Sal & Vic who were on duty helped explain the procedures and book us in - again they were very patient and kind! Sal even took the time to show how the archive boxes were put together. We felt very looked after, and our transition was seamless. We had an office-full of storage put away within 24 hours of our first point of contact; it was fantastic! Now I can get on with decorating the house!

I enquired online and they rang me to book in. It was all very simple to do.
