Having never used a storage space before, I didn’t really know what to expect, but I felt like the process was explained to me very clearly and concisely. The staff were very friendly, and seemed happy to answer all of my questions.

The team at the Bristol site, Sal and Jo, have been attentive and responsive since my booking. They ensured my move in was quick and easy, while fully complying with covid regulations.

My whole experience was excellent. Lee talked me through my inquiry on the phone, processed the booking and completed the process when I arrived on site. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly; I had no need to ask any follow-up questions.
