The check in process was quick and made easy by the member of staff, although she did have a problem with one of the computers, this did not become an issue because she didn’t let it!

The communication and assistance we received on the day over the phone and email was amazing. We had to deal with so many issues on our moving day - literally everything went wrong! So the fact that big yellow was so accommodating and flexible was precious. It was so easy to change our room size, check-in remotely and be allowed to access the storage when we arrived after hours. Thank you!
