Very good service. My online quote was followed up by calls offering information and help. Booking online was easy and instore everyone was helpful and efficient; couldn't fault it.

Everything was handled very well and the team took their time to explain how everything works, we were impressed by the two ladies who attended to us, first on the day we were allocated our room and then when we moved in, very professional and pleasant to work with.

My enquiry at the Ashton Gate store was handled extremly well by Joe, I was made to feel well and importantly safe. After a few simple questions Joe wasable to explained all the options to me and stated as the storage was for two small local charities he enquire what Big Yellow could offer us as part of its business model is to support charities & the community. Throughout my time whether in direct dealing with Joe and later Sally or with Lee via email the staff have made things simple and straight forward. The customer service I have recieved has been faultless and to top it all Big Yellow are donating 6 months free storage to Artists First & Firebird Theatre the Bristol based charities for people with a learning disability I represent. A huge thank you to everyone.

I dealt with Sal at Big Yellow in Ashton Gate and she was absolutely amazing from booking in and the whole process. Very clear and efficient with everything.

Jo & Sal have been extremely helpful in moving rooms to a smaller one. I enquired with Sal when we last visited about a smaller room and there was a waiting list. I was contacted by Sal and left a voicemail as soon as a room became available and she even ensured it was on the same floor for ease of us moving. I spoke to Joe on the phone when I called back who made all the necessary arrangements and went the extra mile to send me a copy of the previous list of contents so I could review it easily as to what was remaining in storage. I completed the online process which is straightforward and easy to understand and Sal helped us move in on the weekend which again was painless. Both Sal & Joe have been proactive, and extremely helpful in this process as well as personable which has made what seemed like hassle work extremely well and reduce our costs as customers significantly which is appreciated thank you both

Really quick to book a room and the staff were extremely helpful when I was there. Sal helped me book and Joe talked me through the paperwork and helped me get things into the room. Both of them were great!
