I found it a bit stressful as I found out they had booked it at the wrong unit in London and I was in Bristol. Then the person who booked over the phone had the wrong first name. But the lady at the Bristol unit was very good and sorted it out.

The initial colleague I spoke to, Sam, was extremely helpful over the phone, I then had a lovely chat with Vikki at Ashton Gate who confirmed my date/time of arrival and checking in with Joe when we got there was so simple. Joe was very helpful, friendly and polite. Explained everything in great detail and made the checking in process really easy. Couldn't recommend the company more!
Lee the Manage gave me a good price and was my first point of contact and couldn't have been nicer or more understanding of my situation. Sal the lady that checked us in and went over the paperwork was fantastic. Their attention to customer service and satisfaction is 5 star.
