Vicky was fantastic in my initial meeting to decide if I should use your storage facilities. Vicky listened to my needs and came up with the appropriate suggestions regarding the size of the room, length of stay and competitive pricing. All of this with a good humour and a great attitude.

Joe was very helpful right from the start. Indeed when I initially looked at storage in Reading the Big Yellow service was very good. Visiting the unit was also useful and the subsequent change to a smaller unit was managed brilliantly.

Sally handled my initial enquiry very well. She contacted me soon after I requested a quote online, and this was why I chose Big Yellow.

Absolutely amazing . Spoke to Sal On the phone and she made everything so strait forward. On arrival to the Yellow Box company to set up all the paperwork and see the unit Sal was about to leave but stayed on to help us through the process. joe helped us with the access and was so friendly They make a good team We have used storage before but have never seen such a clean and well Organised system Well done will highly recommended you Pam and Mike Thomas
