My experience with Big Yellow has so far been great. Sal was incredibly helpful with my initial enquiry over the phone and price-matched the cost for me, which was hugely appreciated. Upon arrival to move in, Joe was equally as helpful and welcoming, and made the whole process very easy and pleasant. My father and I also greatly appreciated how both Sal and Joe were managing social distancing guidelines; we felt very comforted by this and secure.
