Joe and Sal were amazingly supportive, patient and kind. When I called, Joe talked me through the login process and when I arrived on site, both of them were welcoming and helpful.

Everything straight forward and easy. Great facility compared to other storage places in Bristol.

I requested a quote online and the next day Joe from tried calling me on several occasions to finalise everything however I was unavailable. I finally came to view some units and Joe was amazing with the quote, price matched for us and helped build the racking, made our moving in process stress free , thank you Joe and team

It was handled ok but thought the paperwork was a little confusing due to to price that was given to us and the price on the paperwork
