Vicky replied to my email immediately and offered me a few different options to deal with my requirement, making it hugely less stressful. Followed by meeting joe at the storage who helped me to quickly choose the size of my unit, and quickly went through the paperwork with me. The process was quite time-consuming. Having checked in online I expected the process to be quicker when I first arrived. The website was unclear on insurance costs (obviously a rip off and 90% profit margin) so that had left a sour taste. Also unclear as to cost of 24hr access. £10 us ok but why not make it clear in the booking process?
Initial enquiry helpful with sensible discussion of size of space needed. Have used snother lockup (in Scotland) before si was familiar with the general process.
