As a returning customer, I was fully aware of the process. The staff on the day were excellent.

Very knowledgeable staff who are also extremely helpful. All my questions answered without any uncertainty. All of the above made the whole process a very easy and enjoyable experience.

It was really easy to book online. The pictures of different sizes of storage were really helpful. When I got to the store Lee was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me check in, make sure I had the right size storage and make me feel like a valued customer. Its really refreshing to meet a manager who is so friendly and makes an effort to have a genuine conversation. The coffee was really appreciated. I can’t fault the customer service!
