Great customer service but disappointing that sales person had to ask head office to approve a price match from Safe Storage. You should give your site managers more freedom to make business decisions. This policy suggests that you have no confidence in your staff. The Bristol, Winterstoke Road Branch, are clearly motivated to provide an excellent customer experience. I just hope Management appreciate their efforts, and ensure they all share in the success of the company with a share of the profits.

I was provided with all the information I required. Joe (who we mainly dealt with) and Lee were friendly, helpful and professional. Moving is very stressful, but they made it so much better. I laughed a lot during my visits! They were efficient but also gave me time so I did not feel rushed. They provided an excellent service. Thankyou!
