I was provided with all the information I required. Joe (who we mainly dealt with) and Lee were friendly, helpful and professional. Moving is very stressful, but they made it so much better. I laughed a lot during my visits! They were efficient but also gave me time so I did not feel rushed. They provided an excellent service. Thankyou!

I was amazed how friendly the team are... Made everything very easy for me. And helped me on a personal level too.. Had time to talk and give me a glass of water... Made a very bad time very easy... 100% impressed with the people you uave employed.. They are a credit to your company Pamela Jackson

The staff (exspecily Joe) were very helpful and friendly through out the process. Everything was covered without hurry and left us relaxed about the whole operation.

Lee was fantastic. Everything had to be last minute, and from my initial inquiry at around 10:30am to being provided with several numbers for people to help with transport, to being fully moved in by 3:30pm, I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

I dealt with Harley with the initial enquiry and Joe on the day for check-in, etc. I found both extremely helpful, professional, friendly and patient. Have been really pleased with the service and it's ease.
