Very well. The man was very helpful and explained the various sized rooms and helped me reserve a room. I needed boxes and he sold me a box set which met my needs adequately.

I liked being able to easily get an on line quote, although this was reduced when I visited Big Yellow. I was showed around and was able to see several rooms before making a final decision. I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the premises. Staff clearly explained the booking and moving in processes.

We were extremely impressed with team on duty on 13th November 2019. Vicky and Joe were so helpful answering our many questions vicky helped with all aspects from going through procedures ,explaining in detail all we needed to know.very professional with a brilliant attitude friendly.joe was on hand to make us a welcome drink. 100% happy with service .

Very easy process I enquired online and got a fast reply which lead to getting everything arranged straight away. Impressive !!!!

The employees i dealt with were fantastic, in particular Joe who sorted the paperwork with us on our arrival. Really friendly and keen to help us. There were lots of trolleys available which was helpful. The music was a nice touch on all the floors too! Only fault would be the narrow corridoors, which made it difficult to get to and from the storage unit.

Everything was explained clearly by friendly and competent staff and they were helpful with all aspects.
