Staff very efficient and helpful. Store very easy to use and is clean and tidy. I am so impressed I intend to buy shares in this company!

Difficult times - hence need for storage. Had proposed to move stuff on one date, but it was not to happen - only gave wife 2 month's notice. Staff were really flexible, understanding and delayed the start date of the room hire until I needed it. The staff took time to explain everything to me and to check that I understood, both with the paperwork and how the rooms actually work. There are several floors, but no probs with lifts whatsoever. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff

I've been 100% impressed with Big Yellow. The facilities are excellent - clean, bright and easy access. The attitude of all of the staff has been brilliant at all times - very friendly and helpful. The pricing structure is very good and all in all I've been very impressed. Thank you for making a rather difficult time, moving house, less stressful for me!

The storage is ideal for the amount of items we had, which was a mixture of furniture and boxes during a house move with a gap.

Very friendly staff and I love the pin code access method. Very efficient. Would appreciate longer standard opening hours without extra cost. Not sure why this costs extra as it is fully automated. Highly recommended

Everyone I have spoken to has been so helpful. This company is so useful, adaptable and easy to deal with. My first experience of self-store and it could not have been better.

The handles on the boxes should be reinforced as they rip when you pick the box up.

We wanted to down size to a smaller unit and found this very easy; they didnt put bureaucratic hurdles in our way and we could do so when we wanted. They even allowed me (as my husband was ill in hospital) to take the smaller unit in my name, thus having a discount.
