excellent service good clean environment. easy access. very helpfull staff. great help for us when moving house when dates dont match up with moving out and in. provides peace of mind and allows for a stress free move by storing all those items you dont need every day. highly reccomended.

The storage is ideal for the amount of items we had, which was a mixture of furniture and boxes during a house move with a gap.

Very friendly staff and I love the pin code access method. Very efficient. Would appreciate longer standard opening hours without extra cost. Not sure why this costs extra as it is fully automated. Highly recommended

Everyone I have spoken to has been so helpful. This company is so useful, adaptable and easy to deal with. My first experience of self-store and it could not have been better.

The handles on the boxes should be reinforced as they rip when you pick the box up.

We wanted to down size to a smaller unit and found this very easy; they didnt put bureaucratic hurdles in our way and we could do so when we wanted. They even allowed me (as my husband was ill in hospital) to take the smaller unit in my name, thus having a discount.

I was annoyed at not being told about having to provide a lock for the room, I would have expected this to be included, if I has known, I could have brought one of my own padlocks, i have several, but as i did not have time to come back, I was obligated to buy one of yours for over a tenner.

staff very pleasant and helpful, everywhere nice and clean.Our first time using a facility like this,the worst bit is sorting out the stuff to take to store!!
