Very good to use on line. Being able to "check in " saved lots of time at reception. Staff very helpful at reception. Everything was cleary explained from paperwork to how to use the security system. First class overall experience
I confirm I have recently stored items at Big Yellow as I am moving house and the house I am purchasing is in need of updating prior to moving in. My experience to date with Big Yellow is that it is a very well organised company. The staff have been very helpful and have explained everything. I have booked 8 weeks and therefore also got it half price. I would definately recommend to anyone and I would use again.

Wasn't expecting much - just a warehouse with some rooms built in but everything is clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful and obliging - couldn't have done more to help. Space was fine for my needs - worked out at around
