Excellent from start to finish

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lefe explained everything well and showed me how everything works

The process was really easy. Lefe who works at Bristol Central store. Phoned me after I enquired the previous day and ran through the process which was really helpful. I was signed up and had a storage unit really quickly. Super easy process. I even had the wrong key code last night and the lady on the helpline was so helpful at getting me in.

Made an exception to help me out at the end of a very stressful day/week by responding in a practical & caring way. Thank you!

Jeanie who checked us in was incredible. Really friendly and professional. Really knew her job and paid so much attention to detail. Made sure we had a really good storage room suitable for the inventory. Couldn’t have been better.
