Concerns and cost were addressed by Clem. Janine continued to provide more info, a look at a unit to make sure it was right for my needs, and gave me all the info I needed to check in on line when I was ready to move. On the day, Stefano was very thorough with the balance of the check in the 'tour' of the facility. Can't fault any of them.
