Jeanie who checked us in was incredible. Really friendly and professional. Really knew her job and paid so much attention to detail. Made sure we had a really good storage room suitable for the inventory. Couldn’t have been better.
Customer service at Bristol Central called me the next day right after I registered my interest. Sanfreco asked for my situation and provided clear explanation on services your company offers that meets my needs. Leve at the front desk was also very kind and helpful to show me around the storage when I arrived at your place. Overall, the experience was wonderful and really solved my need.

Concerns and cost were addressed by Clem. Janine continued to provide more info, a look at a unit to make sure it was right for my needs, and gave me all the info I needed to check in on line when I was ready to move. On the day, Stefano was very thorough with the balance of the check in the 'tour' of the facility. Can't fault any of them.
