Concerns and cost were addressed by Clem. Janine continued to provide more info, a look at a unit to make sure it was right for my needs, and gave me all the info I needed to check in on line when I was ready to move. On the day, Stefano was very thorough with the balance of the check in the 'tour' of the facility. Can't fault any of them.

Communication and check on was very quick, and accurate. Didn’t over sell, allowed choice also gave comparison on prices.
