Very helpful staff, both over the phone and on arrival.

Staff at Bristol Central were extremely helpful. I brought my elderly mother in to check in for her personal storage. Jeanine and her colleague looked after her so well, and were completely understanding and reassuring. They were also very efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed.
