Really friendly and helpful when I booked, although the space recommended to me, based on my move ended up not being big enough avd I had to book another room.

I have never used a Storage facility before therefore can not compare to other experiences. However, I cannot find any faults. The staff have been very friendly and answered all my emails promptly. The facility itself was clean and easy to use.

Both Maxine in your customer service department and Jeanine at Bristol Central were excellent and made everything as easy as possible for me.

Initial call the staff member was very helpful as this is my first time using yellow storage. Comprehensive explanation was given.
