There was some confusion as to what time the office closed when we arrived with a large van at 5.35pm yesterday. The office team, Lisa and Janine were so helpful. We realised the space we had booked was too small and they facilitated a larger lot at an extremely reasonable rate and were so helpful and friendly in explaining (more than once!) how to use the facility as we had not used self-storage before. I was particularly emotional as everything was running late after relocating cross-country, they were so helpful and kind to me! They went through the terms of contract in great detail and overall it was an excellent first contact after some confusion booking over the phone a couple of days prior!

Someone always answers the phone even if the Brian has you want it busy. The inline form is clear and works well.

It was easy to look online and prices and the same day I had a call from a team member to explain prices and to give me a better price.

Lisa handled my initial enquiry and then Jeanine took me through check-in in the store. They were both extremely helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. Especially in move in day there was only Jeanine in store and it was very busy. She did an amazing job juggling the customers as we made our way through the check in process.

From my initial online enquiry it was great to get a call back and prompt email confirmation of my tentative booking. When I needed to change the date my query was again answered really quickly. I the second and final time I changed the date I spoke to Jeanine who couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring. I was delighted that she was working when I moved in and she ensured I knew exactly what to do.
