Efficient helpful and straightforward

Lisa was absolutely brilliant, helpful, prompt and highly professional. I recommend her for a pay increase. She followed up with a call not too long after my inquiry and offered my a good deal, which prevented me from going to the competition. I did not feel pressured at all, as she answered all the questions I wanted and let me make my own decision.

Every process clearly explained and demonstrated. Complete ease of access moving items into storage.

Initially there was no space available for the size of room I required. However, the team contacted me the moment that required space became available.
