I cancelled a booking with another company because Lisa and team were so friendly, professional and so helpful. Made such a difference having good service. I am delighted.

At first, I was a bit surprised to get a call immediately after I requested a quote online. But it ended up being a useful call. It was helpful to have a preliminary booking made, which I could rely on, but which I was not bound to. The website has a big FAQ section which was very useful.

Easy to organise and arrange with helpful staff. The pricing is reasonable compared to other options and made putting my stuff in to storage hassle free.

Dealt with very well and the process was easy and simple. The only issue I had was it was not made clear to me the insurance costs would be monthly until i saw the invoice. Other than that all was good.
