I made an initial enquiry using the web chat function which wa really helpful. I then was sent an email breakdown of my reservation with clear guidance which was great. I spoke to the staff about being bear a plug socket to charge a laptop and that was accommodated. We found the sign up process on the say really comprehensive and had great support from Shannin who showed us around and was really helpful.
It was handled very well and was explained every step of the process thoroughly.
Although the initial price is appealing, I found it misleading when we were told about the additional insurance charges. I would rather you be up front about any additional costs which were more or less certain. The staff were very helpful none the less
