Very easy process. James was able to help me set up the storage unit and ensured a stressful moving day was a little less stressful! He was very friendly and has great conversational skills. I'd spent all day feeling miserable and stressed, but he was able to make me laugh, which made a huge difference to the day.

It was very easy to arrange. I felt a little pestered by the sales team, but otherwise no issues.

Totally flawless in terms of the facilities and the service. A slightly clearer explanation on the extanded hours (5am-11pm) would have been useful. I did not realise this was possible at first.
