I really am grateful to all the people helping me out in dealing with the challenges of moving. They were no only kind and professional but also went extra steps to help. It's people who make or break the perception of any Company. The Company should recognize such efforts being made. Thank you.
The whole things was handled incredibly well. The staff were efficient, friendly, and flexible about last-minute changes of plan and date.
Shannon was very informative and made every step of the storage process easy to understand. Her high level of professionalism came with friendliness and an upbeat character full of smiles which made the whole experience easy to handle; we all know moving is stressful! I did not feel judged by her for wearing a onesie, and looking and smelling homeless. Overall, would recommend for promotion, bonus or a slice of cake.
