The overall booking in was made so easy with the help of Joseph miles, he was superb in going through the entire process with us. And when we came to store the furniture it was so easy to do so. Fantastic service all round.

Website very easy to navigate. Would appreciate a more open pricing system. Nowhere on the website does it state exactly how much you will pay for deposit and insurance so bill was much higher than expected when I arrived to check in.

The lady knew exactly what she was doing explained all the options and made it very easy for me to book storage without looking elaewwhere a pleasure to deal with

We were served by Shannon Paddon who was so polite, helpfull and talked us through every aspect of our questions and was just perfect. A credit to the team.

Great service, one of the ladies was training but I didn't mind! The trainer was awesome too. All round fantastic experience.
