The lady on the phone was really helpful and explained everything clearly, even down to making myself semi presentable for a photo!

Helen and Shannon at the Bristol central store were so fantastically helpful, knowledgable and considerate. They made our move in as easy as it could have been. Literally some of the best customer service I have ever received. They even made us a cup of tea ! Amazing, please ensure they are rewarded for going above and beyond and representing the company in the best way possible.

Maybe not quite as efficient as Safe Store who I have gone with in the past but the staff (Janine) really went above and beyond to give me great service. Thank you very much Janine for your help and for your patience when I was stressed!
