The whole things was handled incredibly well. The staff were efficient, friendly, and flexible about last-minute changes of plan and date.

Shannon was very informative and made every step of the storage process easy to understand. Her high level of professionalism came with friendliness and an upbeat character full of smiles which made the whole experience easy to handle; we all know moving is stressful! I did not feel judged by her for wearing a onesie, and looking and smelling homeless. Overall, would recommend for promotion, bonus or a slice of cake.

When I walked in I was u der so much stress but just talking to Jaenine helped me to calm down very quickly. She was full of empathy for me and my situation. It helped me tremendously because she put herself in my shoes and helped come up with the best price. Jaenine is definitely an asset to Yellow Storage! Please take good care of her as many organisations need people like her!
