Great customer service

Fast, efficient and very friendly service. Excellent facilities and reasonably competitive. Amy was friendly on the phone and accurately estimated the size of unit needed at 50 square ft. On the day, both Kendall and Lewis were very helpful and friendly. Everything went very smoothly and the coffee was much appreciated.

Kendall was so friendly. He went through all the steps really thoroughly and showed us right up to our unit.

Overall excellent service and provision. Toilets could have been better, but are not core part of service.

Very friendly team who welcomed me before checkin and on the day of the move. Were ready to be flexible if we needed extra space too. Clean, tidy facility. Heard from our movers that Big Yellow is the best place to use for storage in Bristol. We also noted that although not climate-controlled, it seems well managed enough for us to feel happy storing paintings and instruments there. Thanks Louis et al!
