Staff friendly and helpful

Customer service from Kendell Charles was very good. He explained every thing very clearly and was very helpful and polite.

Very helpful staff , very easy to talk to and you were not rushed when asking any questions. A very friendly place.

I received a very nice welcome from Lewis (Nash) who was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. All of my questions were answered and I felt confident that I had made the right choice with Big Yellow, and in particular with the Bristol Central storage facility. The rest of the team were very friendly too, which added to the great impression.
