Over engineered processes for a simple service. Given that I only needed the smallest space for a very short period, the price of a brand new padlock exceeded the cost of rental!

Friendly and helpful company representative who explained things clearly and gave us the time necessary to make our decision. Kendall Charles was excellent and a credit to the company.

The staff were very helpful, and I'm happy with the level of security there. Wouldn't mind if it was cheaper for prepaid long term usage though?

The move went well, organised @ yellow, helpfull friendly, offered me a drink. Yes would def reccomend.kendal was really good.

The staff- they are brilliant. I called and spoke to Kendall when I was feeling really stressed and needed to find somewhere for my kitchen to go the next day. He was incredibly empathetic and understood the problem. He went off and measured the lift and then got back to me. I was worried that the kitchen wouldn't fit, but he reassured me that whatever the problem, he would sort it out. On the day, the delivery was late and i was worried but Kendall was friendly and continued to be reassuring at what was quite a stressful time. I left there smiling. Thank you.
